The 8 Week T-Tapp Challenge: Saving On T-Tapp

T-Tapp

So, here we are already into the 2nd week of February. Are you Tapping? I’ve even got my mom and Annie doing it now! :-) Toes forward, knees bent. T-Tapp has really changed how I think about exercise – and even how we eat.

So, here’s my confession – some days I’m tired and I don’t want to Tapp. I just want to melt into the couch and snore…but seeing as how it only takes 15 minutes, I do it anyway – and I always feel SO much better afterwards. Remember if you’re Tapping, you MUST get the stance right.

“If you want to do it, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.” –Somewhere on Pinterest.

I’ve heard from so many of you already – letting me know just how much T-Tapp is helping you. Some of you are really losing a lot of inches. Congratulations! :-)

But I’ve also heard from some of you telling me that the $35-40 cost is too much. And I totally get that. Some months are tight and you really shouldn’t have to chose between T-Tapp and groceries. So, today we’re going to talk about some ways to save on the program.

1. Use the Try Before You Buy option

You can learn the moves on the T-Tapp website and then do them yourself at home. All the moves are not included on the site, but it’s a good way to get started. Then when you do have the money, you’ll be ready!

2. Watch Teresa on You Tube

Teresa has her own channel on You Tube! Unlike my funny music video, you’ll burn calories exercising instead of laughing.

3. Keep an eye out on Daily Deal Websites

I recently had a reader tell me that T-Tapp had an AWESOME deal on KGB Deals. So, you might catch a deal on Groupon or Living Social.

4. Check out a T-Tapp DVD at the library

Yes, you only get to keep it a certain amount of days…but if you check it out often enough, you’ll learn the moves. You could also check out the book – you can usually keep those for longer.

If your library doesn’t carry T-Tapp, you could request it. Our library is always looking for requests and anytime I’ve “requested” that they carry something, they usually get that item in within the month.

5. Check out KaylaHoward.com

My friend Kayla offers free T-Tapp tips!  You should check it out…because, it’s FREE. I <3 free.

6. Keep an eye peeled for Deep Discount Tuesday

Each month, the T-Tapp store offers a Deep Discount Tuesday with different items on rock bottom sale. Sign up for the T-Tapp emails to make sure you don’t miss it! It’s February 19th this month.

7. WIN a T-Tapp DVD from the T-Tapp website

You can sign up to win a T-Tapp DVD. They have a drawing every 10 days, so your chances are pretty high. I actually won a TappCore DVD for my mom! :-) Sign up till you win. Ha!
